About

I have been interested in the art of photography since my undergraduate days at the University Of Wisconsin – Superior. I grew up in Central Wisconsin and have called Rochester, MN home since 2003. Having always been a lover of the outdoors, many of my pictures capture the natural beauty of the Midwest.

I prefer to shoot in black in white, allowing the simple contrast of light and shadow to provide depth and feeling to the scene.

I have recently begun transforming my original photography into canvas-based mixed-media art, which provides an additional level of texture to the digital image.
